Make Up For Ever HD Foundation in 125

I have fall in love with this foundation when I first try it on. It makes your skin flawless and picture-perfect. It is long standing, feel light on skin with no creasing into the fine lines (especially at my expression and laugh lines). This is my go to foundation for special occasion, party even for attending events.

Read my first impression of the MUFE HD range HERE.

NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer in Ginger

This is my best beauty gems this year. It is raved by lots of beauty-loving community internationally and I agrees. It gives full coverage yet so creamy and easily blended into teh skin. You can pat with fingers or blend with sponge. It glides seamlessly with concelaer brush too. I loved it! Love it even more as I always get praises from Mr.Hubby everytime I wore this as my makeup look flawless.

Make Up For Ever HD Micro Finish Powder

I love setting my makeup with MUFE Micro Finish Powder with any brand foundation. As it is translucent, I do not have to worry about cakey or too heavy base makeup finish.

It is light and I sometimes just lightly dust the powder over my T-zone area and chin. The best thing is this powder also come in a travel size, so you can try the product finish. Brilliant! I bought mine in Sephora.

Urban Decay Eye Primer Potion in Original

This is still my beloved eye primer and I am already on my third tube. My eyeshadow does not crease, stayed all day long and looks beautifully pigmented.

Recently I love the UD primer potion in Sin but I kept going for the Original one because I feel that it is way creamier and last longer.

Too Faced Chocolate Bar Eyeshadow Palette

This is my love for this year, I love the choco scent and the pigmentation is great and smooth. It is so easy to blend in between the eyeshadows. The range of shades offered in this palette is really good too: from wearable neutral, to flirty pink and good shades from smokey eyes like deep burgundy (Cherry Cordial) and greenish brown (Gilded Ganache). There are mixture of matte, satin and shimmery shades that make this palette so versatile too.

This is my favourite eyeshadow palette this year and I love how it look like on my vanity. I would recommend this to beauty addict out there.

Miss Hana Water Proof Gel Eyeliner

As much as I love my liquid eyeliner, I must highlight these amazing eyeliner pencil by Miss Hana, available from Natta Cosme.

I love how creamy this eyeliner is. It glides smoothly. The pigmentation is absolutely beautiful. I love that I don’t have to really press hard to get a a good intense colour. It is super waterproof, sweat proof, smudge proof – all you ever need in an eyeliner.

Maybelline The Rocket Mascara

The best mascara for 2014 goes to The Rocket! I love this, especially as the mascara hold the curl all day long, it easy to remove with warm water, It volumises and lengthen my lashes perfectly.

This is just PERFECT. Read my review HERE. 😉

Lip Products

NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in Antwerp

For 2014, I have been loving matte lips and I have been using NYX SMLC almost everyday for work especially in the early part of the year. It is creamy and softly glides over the lips. I love changing it a little with the next product that I am going to reveal next.

Collection Cosmetics Cream Puff in Cotton Candy

This is more pinkish creamy lip colour complared to NYX SMLC in Antwerp hoever, I felt that the consistency is similar. I love both for everyday lip colour. Althought it is not as long lasting, I really enjoyed using both lip cream through out 2014.

I have done a full review and swatches of all 4 shades in the Collection Cosmestics Cream Puff range. Read it HERE.

Maybelline Lip Polish in Glam 2

Sometimes you just need a good lip product that long lasting, easy to apply and give you a healthy sheen on the lips that is also moisturising. I purchased Maybelline Lip Polish in January 2014 and this little gem has never dissapointed. It fulfills all the criterias that I mentioned, it is versatile as the lip product for everyday wear or even for weekend fun. I just swiped this at 6am before I head out to work and it will last till 12 hours later (5-6pm when I punch out). It is that mazing. Maybelline offers a whole range of shades that are suitable for any skin colour. I, myself has 4 in my collection. This is a must-have for lip product addict.

Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet in Nude-ist

I discover this in late 2014 but have been loving it so much. I raved about Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet so much, you guys are probably bored on hearing about this. However, matte lips lover would love the formula, how hydrating this product is. It is long lasting. One of my best buy of the year. Nude-ist is my perfect shade for work. Love it so much!

Cheeks and Contour Products

Benefit Cosmetics Lollitint

Pantone’s colour of the year for 2014 was Radiant Orchid. I think this product really embodies the Radiant orchid in a subtle way. It gives a perfect flush of colour to my cheek. Lollitint complements my medium-tan skin tone well. I find it easy to tap and blend the product into my skin. The consistency is very different from the famous Benetint which is more watery. I like using this as a blush base and blend a similar shad of blush on top or a different one even so that my blush lasted longer.

IMG_8244.JPG Tarte Amazonian Clay 12 Hour Blush in Exposed and Natural Beauty

I love how smooth and beautiful this blush brighten my skin. It is pretty long lasting on me. So far i only have Natural Beauty and Exposed (mini size), and both are matte blush. I’m hoping to get other shades next, maybe a shimmery type. Read my full review HERE.

Love this. Everyone go get this.

Essence Bronzing Compact Powder (Matt)

This is my go-to bronzer. It is matte, easily to blend. Love using it with a fluffy brush or a more denser brush for a more contoured look. Prefect to contour your cheek bone, nose bridge even fore head. Sometimes, when, I’m in a rush i love using this as eyeshadow to contour my eyelid creases and it is prefect for that too. Such a versatile product and I have not hit pan yet. Recommend for those out there who is learning how to contour. It is cheap and really affordable. You have nothing to loose.

The Balm Cindy-Lou Manizer

As for the highlighter of the year for me, it would be The Balm Cindy-Lou Manizer. This is a pretty pinkish highlighter that looks so natural on any skin colour. It blends beautifully. The shimmery particles are so fine it gives a beautiful sheen to the high point of your face. I love the glow that it brings to my face. (No disco ball effect here!)

I love using this as my inner-eye corner highlight too. You can get this from any Sasa store near you.
