I am excited to share with you guys my top beauty products for March 2015. The list consists of mostly makeup products with a lil skin care favs, which I am eager to share. So let’s get started.
1) Boscia Tsubaki Beauty Oil
I have oily skin and no, I am not afraid of using beauty oil on my face. Previously I’ve used Caudalie Divine Oil and it works really well. Boscia Tsubaki Beauty Oil gave me similar skin benefits but I love Boscia’s one more. This is because it is more frangrant, lighter in consistency and absorbed into the skin so much better. I only apply this at night. It is hydrating and soothing giving my skin a smooth feeling in the morning.
2) Herbacin Wuta Kamille Glycerin Handcream
I love this product so so much especially for my feet and toes. It is non-oily, non-sticky and hydrates my hands and feet really well. It is cheap too. Really recommend this! Reminder to myself: buy the tube version once I’m done with this one.
3) NARS All Day Luminous Weighless Foundation in Medium 1 Punjab
I have started wearing foundation again and I love NARS All Day Luminous Foundation a lot. It is very light-weighted but gives a lot of coverage. It lasted a whole day for me.
I have done a full review and demo on wearing this particular foundation. Click HERE to check them out.
4) Go! Palette Go! by I Heart Makeup (Makeup Revolution)
Thank you Makeup Revolution for making gorgeous makeup palette more available and affordable for the beauty lovers out there just like me. The Go! Palette Go! is definitely great for travel as you get all rose golden neutral eyeshadows along with a highlighter, a blush and a contour shade all in one cute, well designed palette.

5) Catrice Made To stay Highlighter Pen in 010 Eye Like!
In my recent Makeup For Glasses tutorial, I was using Catrice Highlighter Pen to line my waterline giving a illusion of bigger eyes. I think that this eyeliner is really smooth on application and as it is waterproof, it stayed all day. Eye Like! is a shimmery peachy shade which is really flattering on my skin tone. This is a dupe for NYX jumbo pencil eyeliner Cashmere but way cheaper.
6) L’Oreal Paris Faux Cils Papillon Mascara
I have been longing to try this mascara. Finally I have it and I am so happy as it is just as others decribed. It is the perfect curling mascara. It thickens and lengthen your lashes making them flare up like a butterfly wings.
However you have to work with it pretty quickly as the mascara formula dries up pretty fast. If you taking too much time coating the applying on to the lashes, it tends to clump once it dries. It is also super waterproof, which may be the key why the curled lashes stayed all day long. (it is kinda a pin to remove at the end of the day, tho)
7) Chu Lips in Arabian Flower Shower
I received this at a blogger event. Was sceptical at first but Chu Lips look so cute. The formula is slightly more oily compared to the EOS lip balm but the scent and taste are way much better. Among all, Arabian Flower Shower is my favourite scent.
Arabian Flower Shower: Rose, Geranium and Clove.
8) L’Oreal Paris Colour Riche Moisture Matte Lipsticks in PR511 Spring Rosette
I got this from L’Oreal and I have been loving this mauvy rose colour for work. Wore this shade a lot!
Check out my other swatches in the same lipstick ranges HERE.
9) Laura Mercier Crème Smooth Lip Colour in Crème Coral
Another lip colour that I have been wearing a lot is Laura Mercier’s Creme Coral. It si really smooth and buttery. It lasted quite decent time and I particular love the shade on my hyperpigmented lips. It brighten my skin complexion and tie up the whole neutral/natural look very well.
These are the products that I have been loving in March. I am so excited for April due to incoming GST: not for the goods & services tax but the Go-Sightseeing-Time as I’ll be travelling to Tokyo, Japan!!! I’m so excited as it has been a dream of my hubs and me, to be able to visit Japan. I am a anime/manga fan since high school and really into Japanese culture and it would be so awesome to finally go there and experience Japan myself. At the time of this writing, It would be less than a week away. *Squeeeell*
So next time you guys will be reading more on my Japanese haul/experience. Maybe i will film a lil vlog of my travel in my YouTube channel.
Till then, thanks for reading.
