After a few weeks/months of hiatus I’m back to share a special beauty tool that I found really helpful.

To be honest I have been using similar tool but it was created for men. Yes, it’s a grooming tool. Men have mustache and beard to be groomed. Us , girls also some ‘bulus’ that we want to trim or get rid off.

For those ‘shy-shy cat’, well suck it up and just listen. We all have unwanted hairs as we grow up and of course I personally like all of them well trimmed. In particular I like to trim my brows as they really frame the face when they are well-groomed and filled in. I also like to keep all the private smelly parts clean and well groomed as well – i.e: armpits and bikini line.

Veet has come up with this innovative gadget just for us girls! YAY! Introducing Veet Sensitive Touch

I previously used an epilator but it hurts like hell especially at the bikini line. Gosh, I regret buying the epilator. Hence I have been using my husband’s facial hair trimmer. But compared to the new Veet’s sensitive touch, his is too bulky, and the trimming head is too wide.

So, when I first used Veet Sensitive Touch, I was singing “where have this thing been all my life….~~~”

Veet Sensitive Touch

It is a small device, slightly larger than a toothbrush that comes with various detachable heads.

It can accurately trim hair at sensitive body parts, such as the eyebrows, underarms and bikini lines gently. There is no risk of cuts, yes I have tried it myself by putting my finger directly to the trimmer head, and there were no cuts at all.

All you need is to change to different-sized heads and comb, and with a little bit of practice you trim the hair in the shape you want.

My tips are to trim small areas one at a time, and use different pressure at different angle to get the precise beautiful trimmed hair that you want.

Bikini lines, eyebrows and underarms are delicate areas that require gentle yet precise trimming, which existing tools like razors and tweezers cannot fully provide. With Veet Sensitive Touch, it makes trimming all the ‘bulus’ so easy and fast too.

Because of its small size, Veet Sensitive Touch can be carried in a handbag and comes to the rescue in any hairy situations throughout the day. It is also a perfect gadget to bring on your holiday for a quick touch up. Just remember to put it inside the checked-in bag!

Option 1

Two-sided trimming head: 16mm and 6mm for optimal eyebrow shaping, 2mm and 4mm comb attachment to uniform hair length

This head is perfect for eyebrow trimming. I personally use it to trim my tiny little ‘lady mustache’ (don’t deny it, most women do have a little hair on top of the upper lips’). Mustache gone in a few seconds! love it!

Option 2

20mm trimming head for other body areas with comb attachment for uniform hair length.

This head is wide enough to trim pubic hair and shape the edges around the pubic hair area so that it looks nice, trimmed, and feels comfortable too. I feel that about one inch or half a inch-long hair is pretty comfortable as there is no prickly sensation or tiny hair stuck in between fabric of the innerwear.

This is what the whole set looks like:

Each Veet Sensitive Touch comes with one beauty styler, one two-sided precision head for optimal eyebrow shaping, one bikini trimming head, two comb attachments, one styler cap, one cleaning brush, and one beauty pouch. The device runs on one AA battery, which is already included in the packaging too (yay!). There is no hassle of needing to charge the device first too.

One caution is you need to turn the Veet Sensitive Touch slowly when you try to switch it off. If you are too rough, you will end up twisting the whole thing open instead.

Veet Sensitive Touch retails at RM119.00 at major pharmacies nationwide and online retailers.
