Maskin’ Monday: Klairs Rich Moist Soothing Sheet Mask

Hello lovelies,

Happy New Year! Hello 2016!

I was planning to do an earlier first 2016 blog post but my work caught up with me, I was doing my back to back last oncall before taking one whole month of not doing oncall before my delivery. Then there were some meeting minutes to do etc. But I’m so excited to start my 2016 beauty stories with my Maskin’ Monday series.

I am reviewing Klairs Rich Moist Soothing Sheet Mask which is from one of my favourite Korean brand exclusively available from Natta Cosme. If has been quite some time since my last Maskin’ Monday post, I hope you enjoy reading my review down below.

Review: Klairs Illuminating Supple Blemish Cream SPF 40++

Hello dearies…

Sorry for the lack of update. If you have followed me on Instagram, you may have noticed that I am currently on holiday in… Tokyo!!! It was a dream come true for me as this trip had been planned for ages. I had to work extra hours, doing oncall etc prior going to Tokyo so that I could get an extended leave (I feel bad if I leave my job unattended). I was in Tokyo for 1 whole week.. do expect a Tokyo beauty haul post or even vlog in my YouTube channel soon.

However, I do have an exciting product to share with you guys this week. Thank you to my readers for waiting and for all your support. This is a BB cream review by yours truly. This time it is Klairs BB Cream. Let’s go!

Review: Thayers Witch Hazel with Aloe Vera Toner & Astringent (Rose Petal and Lemon)

Hi guys,

I have been MIA for a lil while due to health problem (Even doctors get sick as we’re human too). It have been a bumpy ride to recovery but I’m good and healthy now and ready to take over the world~~ muahahha.. nope, not as dramatic but I am happy to go to my little happy place filled with beautiful makeup, skin care and all girly products.

All the way form America, Thayers has been producing wonderful beauty care products since 1847. Thanks to the Native Americans, this oldest toner contains a great natural ingredient: Witch Hazel. Native Americans have been using Witch Hazel extract by boiling the stems of the shrub and producing a decoction, which was used to treat swellings and inflammations. Witch Hazel extract is really good as a natural astringent to shrink and reduce pores too.

Maskin’ Monday: Skin & Lab Dr. Pore Tightening Glacial Clay Facial Mask

Hello lovelies…

It has been a while I last did my Maskin’ Monday series right. Here we are with another mask review. I think wearing facial mask regularly does help improve the skin as our skin often exposed to harsh environment and need TLC every once in a while.

While traveling in Saigon, Vietnam, there were busy traffic with numerous motorbikes around. As I wash my face at the end of day back in the hotel, I noticed the water turned dirty and murky. Yikes! my skin type is oily and acne-prone, so dusty environment is a big no-no.

Worried that my pores clogged up with dirt and dust, I decided to apply clay mask before I sleep. Clay mask is perfect to cleanse and purify your skin. I would recommend Dr. Pore Tightening Glacial Clay Facial Mask by Skin & Lab. This mask from Korea work well to purify your pores and reduce excess sebum secretion whilst giving a moisturising facial spa to your skin.
